ABOUT ME

I can remember trying every diet under the sun to get the results I wanted to see in my life. This worked for me briefly but didn’t create the lasting change I was hoping for. All it did was create a number of “fakethroughs”. Quick-fix results because I was able to deprive myself for a temporary period of time. But time and time again, I found myself not following through and despite all my hard work, before I knew it I had gained all the weight back again. The conclusion I arrived at was that effort produces failure, so why bother?

I was just another statistic. Did you know that 98% of people who lose weight gain it back within 6 months?

The real change happened for me when I changed my belief that health is “something you do” and that the only way to achieve the results you want is through discipline, willpower, and promises of punishment or reward. No! Health is not “something I do”. It’s “who I am”!

My name is Cheryl and I’m a qualified Life and Health coach. I work with women who wake up every morning hating how they look and feel. I help them build sustainable habits for L-I-F-E so they can reach (and maintain) their ideal weight, re-awakening their confidence for good! All this without deprivation and those dreaded gym workouts!
